Early Career Fellows

NDIC Early Career Fellowship, a flagship initiative of the National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCAER) – National Data Innovation Centre, fosters excellence in survey methodology, data collection, and analytics. The program empowers young researchers to develop robust, policy-oriented data frameworks that inform India’s developmental agenda.

By nurturing the next generation of data scientists, the program highlights the transformative contributions of emerging scholars who are reshaping survey methodologies and advancing human development research in India.

Our Fellows leverage contemporary techniques and adapt global frameworks to address challenges in data quality, measurement accuracy, and policy relevance. Their work reflects NDIC’s commitment to fostering innovation in India’s data ecosystem and driving evidence-based policymaking.
