Debasis Barik

Senior Fellow

Debasis Barik is a Senior Fellow at NCAER working in the areas of public health and mortality. His research interests lie in public health, demography, migration, gender, labour, and social security. His dissertation was centred on the health and economic implications of population ageing in Indian States. His current research focuses on health and health systems analysis. His other research interests include analysing the issues arising out of demographic transition in India.
